A little about my journey SO FAR...

Romie Babraa has always had a curiosity for solving complex problems with focused and innovative solutions, which he uses to provide successful outcomes to his commercial real estate clients. His unique skillset and deep analytical experience allow him to gauge investment opportunities from multiple perspectives at once in order to find the most optimal path forward, while eliminating the non-relevant noise in the market.

Originally from New Delhi, India, Romie received his Bachelor of Science and Business Administration and MBA, with a perfect score, in the U.S. before going on to work as a Business Analyst in NYC where he found a niche bridging the gap between Finance and Technical teams. His high-level financial experience has allowed him to work for many Fortune 500 firms including: HSBC, Citi Group, BNP Paribas, Raymond James Wealth Management and Central One Credit Union. He has also won numerous awards for his economic modelling research and founded a social networking company that blended his passion for technology with his love for fine wines. His colourful resume also boasts of working in the wineries of Mosel Valley, Germany where he learned about the fine art of winemaking and En Primeur wine investment futures.


Romie loves to continually challenge himself and his natural talents are a perfect fit for commercial real estate investment, where his willingness to be hands-on and think outside the box have made him a successful international investor for many years. Being an investor himself has also allowed him to see opportunities from the client perspective, and his dedication and responsibility for the bottom-line allow him to connect personally with his clients and discover their unique needs.

In his spare time, Romie enjoys pushing his limits by marathon running and skydiving, road tripping to vineyards or unwinding with his wife and son in their Ladner home.
